Open up VLC media player and open up the video you want to play. Then go under the Playback tab, and click on speed. Click on Slower (fine). Next, go under video and click on deinterlace. Make sure it’s on blend. Finally, go under video again and click on deinterlace mode. Make sure it’s on. Hope this helps
